From individual prices to a daily competitive position.
A brand compares hundreds of products with relevant competitors. Product matching, price movements and the largest deviations come together in one custom dashboard.

See how every product compares with the market each day.
The brand tracks four competing webshops and one marketplace. Every day we collect prices, promotions, shipping costs, stock and product attributes. This shows the pricing team not only that a price has changed, but also which products need attention.
We configure the monitoring frequency around what is useful in the market. Daily monitoring is common. Fast-moving markets may require more frequent checks, while stable markets may need fewer. Alerts for price changes are part of the setup.
Four perspectives on the same market.
Historical measurements show whether a deviation is temporary or part of a structural movement. Filters can be configured by competitor, product group, country, currency and channel.

Index 100 equals the selected market. Above 100 the brand is more expensive on average; below 100 it is cheaper.

Track every competitor relevant to your market.
Every relevant source
We can monitor any accessible webshop or marketplace. There is no fixed limit to the number of competitors, although companies often track one to five key players.
More than the selling price
Promotions, shipping costs, stock, delivery time and other product fields can be included in the same data flow. Together we define the fields needed for a fair comparison.
History and alerts
Every measurement can be stored. This reveals historical price developments and allows an alert to be sent when a competitor changes a price or promotion.
Your position by product
For each product, see whether you are the cheapest, most expensive or average provider. The definition of market position can vary by brand, category, competitor or sales channel.
Reliable matching starts with your product knowledge.
With EAN, GTIN, SKU or ASIN, we identify the same product directly through a fixed code. Without EAN, we compare preselected product links and attributes such as title, brand, quantity, size, colour, image and category. This requires some manual work during setup, but also makes price monitoring possible for unique products.
Custom price monitoring for any website, product type and delivery method, even when products do not have an EAN.
EAN, GTIN, SKU or ASIN
- Fast linking of identical products
- Scales well to large assortments
- Clear checks for duplicate matches
Product links and attributes
- Manual selection during setup
- Comparison using relevant product attributes
- Suitable for unique assortments
Track only the variants that improve your decision-making.
Colour, packaging, bundles and size can all be collected. More variants also mean more scraping and therefore higher costs. Sometimes one standard variant provides sufficient market information; in other cases the differences between variants are part of the business case.
Define selection rules
Together we determine what is identical, comparable or excluded.
Review the first matches
The customer's expertise determines whether the matching is reliable in practice.
Keep improving easily
An incorrect match can be fixed manually and is usually adjusted the same day.
From dashboard to data pipeline.
We deliver all fields needed for your process. If product information rarely changes while prices move daily, we can provide a product table and a separate price table.
Dashboard, Excel or CSV
A dashboard is commonly used for analysis. Excel and CSV are practical for checks, sharing and additional reporting.
Database or API
For internal use, we often deliver directly to a database or API. We can also build the data pipeline to an ERP, PIM, BI platform or webshop.
Custom KPIs
Reports, filters, calculation rules and KPIs are aligned with your pricing strategy and can be expanded later.
Countries and currencies
We combine multiple countries, languages and currencies with calculation modules so prices and products remain comparable.
We generally scrape daily. Scraping can never be guaranteed to be 100% complete because accessibility and technical changes differ by website. Daily collection and weekly quality control mean that an occasional missing measurement is usually recovered in the next run.
What companies can do with pricing data.
Track competitor prices
See every day which prices direct competitors charge. Companies can respond immediately, while larger organisations also track prices to understand the market.
Analyse promotions
Determine when, how often and for how long competitors offer discounts.
Historical price analysis
Examine seasonal patterns, price reductions, launch prices and competitor reactions.
Reseller and brand control
For manufacturers: monitor internally which sellers offer products, at what price and whether recommended retail prices are followed.
Analyse local and international price differences
Compare prices by country, region, website, postcode or currency.
Initial results can be visible within two weeks.
The lead time depends on the number of sources and how products need to be matched. We start with an intake covering sources, assortment, fields, frequency, matching rules and delivery.
For a manageable set of sources and clear matching rules.
Enough time to build history and evaluate value.
Investment depends on volume, the technical condition of sources and scraping frequency.
We analyse structural changes and, in most cases, update the scraping the same day.
Which competitors and products do you want to monitor?
During an intake, we determine which sources, matching method and delivery provide the most value for your business case.
